Angela is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Group exercise instructor that has been teaching fitness classes in the Ealing, Hanwell and Greenford area for the past 10 years. Angela studied and gained her Yoga diploma with SunPowerYoga which is an eclectic mix of Dynamic Hatha Yoga for alignment, Sivananda Yoga for subtle mind and breath work and Astanga Vinyasa yoga for strength and flexibility. The course is approved by the European Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Federation and run by world renowned Yoga tutor Anne-Marie Newland. Angela is also a Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Pre-Post Natal Instructor and a qualified GP Exercise Referral specialist which enables her to design safe and effective exercise programmes for people with chronic illnesses and special populations.
