Yoga and Pilates Mix is a fantastic class that gives you the best of both worlds!

This workout offers the core, abdominal and back strengthening power of Pilates along with the calming, stretching and flexibility benefits of Yoga. Beginners are welcome.

What do I need?

A mat

A bottle of water

Warm, comfortable layers of clothing that are suitable for exercise

A towel (can provide support with knee, pelvis or neck issues)
