Stretch caters for everyone – all abilities and attitudes to exercise – and one of the key points to the program is to mobilise with movement and then stretch to the point where nothing is uncomfortable. No flinching, no shaking, no holding your breath but most definitely smiling.

We stretch in many different ways to add variety  and always have great fun creating new ideas with stability balls, straps, dynabands, cushions, yoga bricks, magic circles….(all provided) and this helps to improve technique and keep the session innovative and functional.
