***PAY IN CLASS***

£10 for a single session – Cash/Card – No booking required – Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class start time to pay for your session.

OR

***Save money by booking in advance online***

***ONLINE BOOKING***

£8.50 Single session

£38.50 for any 5 classes (use within 6 weeks)

£75 for any 10 classes (use within 12 weeks)

Online Booking Procedure

1) Read The Health Commitment Statment

2) You can book and pay for your live class via the class booking page up to 14 days in advance . Please select ‘packages’ to see the available pricing options. This is the most cost efficient way to book classes.

If you have a 5 or 10 class pass/package book your class following these steps:

CLICK HERE to register or log in

Choose the class you’d like to attend

Click book

Click the red ‘book with package’ button

Click OK

3) CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that you will be charged for a session if you do not cancel within the times stated below. If you cancel your session for a live class with at least 2 hours notice, you can transfer, without penalty, to another date. Classes cancelled less than 2 hours before the start of the session are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Class booking closes 5 minutes before the session begins, so please book nearer to the start time to avoid transfer/class credit issues.

To cancel a class that you’ve booked:

Log in

Press the ‘details’ tab on the class you have booked

Click the ‘manage bookings’ tab

Click the ‘cancel booking’ tab

Single sessions, class passes, Fitness On Demand Packages and Zoom live classes are non-refundable.

HEALTH COMMITMENT STATEMENT

I really hope that you enjoy the workouts.

By signing up to and taking part in a class you understand that you are solely responsible for your own actions and that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, you know and understand that there is the possibility of physical injury.

When you engage in an exercise class run by Angela Carrington you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.

I’m here to support, guide & help you with being able to workout at home, at work, on holiday and at the live classes.

If at anytime you feel unwell please stop & seek medical advice
