HATHA FLOW YOGA

Hatha Flow is a style of practice that blends the traditional and static elements of Hatha yoga with the fluid and seamless movement of Vinyasa yoga. This gives us time to slow down and hold asanas in order to reap their benefits and bring awareness to breath and alignment.
